LWV Candidates’ Forum Available Now
The Candidates’ Forum for the March 30 Annual Town Election is now available. Voters can view the program on demand via the LWV Voters’ Guide or sudburytv.org . A cable subscription is not needed to view the programs on demand on a computer or smartphone. Clerk Certifies Poteat and Perlman for Ballot
The Town Clerk’s office Friday certified the nomination papers of Ryan James Poteat, who is running for Park and Recreation Commissioner, and Julie Zelermeyer Perlman, who is running for Planning Board. Poteat and Perlman are now official candidates whose names will appear on the Annual Town Election ballot. No Contested Races on Town Election Ballot
For the first time since 2005 , there will be no contested races on the town election ballot. No additional people filed an intention Thursday to run for the 11 open positions on the March 30 Annual Town Election ballot. The deadline to do so was 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5.
